Pro-Solutions of Alaska LLC provides administrative, bookkeeping, and other solutions for small businesses in Alaska. I have several clients that have an immediate need for in-office administrative assistants. These are jobs I am creating, so I have a lot of flexibility on what they look like.

 

ALL of these positions have potential for growth. From construction project management, basic bookkeeping skills, and even rental/property management.

Busy Construction Office

  • Type bid proposals utilizing both Microsoft 365 and Adobe Acrobat

  • Gather submittal documents and send them to customers

  • Manage cloud-based filing of documents in One Drive, as well as some in-office filing. This sometimes includes scanning paper documents to be filed

  • Download documents for our estimating team and organize/create bid folders

  • Assist with onboarding new hires

  • Review timecards for errors before submitting to payroll

  • Keep a small office neat and clean

  • 20 hours a week minimum, in Anchorage

  • $15-$20 hourly DOE. An applicant with previous office experience could expect higher rates.

Office #2

  • This position will be both administrative & customer service for a storage rental business, and personal assistant to the owner

  • With the use of an IPad, return customer calls, and perform admin tasks in a management system

  • Organize bills to be paid, enter into software

  • Scan documents and file electronically

  • Run errands a couple times a week

  • 10 hours a week minimum, in Anchorage

  • $15-$20 hourly DOE. An applicant with previous office experience could expect higher rates.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and office equipment

  • Prior office administrative experience preferred

  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and multitask in a busy environment

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
